RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Sayus Collect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer return or exchange options for most full-price and sale products, subject to the following conditions and our Terms of Sale.

To request a return for an order, you must sign in to your account at

You can find the order which you want to request a return, and continue through the return process.
All returns are subject to approval, details about the Return & Refund Policy can be found below.

RETURN TIME-FRAMES

ONLINE (AUSTRALIA) 30 DAYS from date of delivery.

CHANGE OF MIND

For products purchased online, we offer refunds or store credits under the following conditions:

  • Products must be in sealed, unused, and re-sellable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase is required.
  • Requests for return must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exclusions apply to Trading Card Games (TCG), including Sports Cards.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse to ensure compliance with these conditions.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We strive to provide quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact support@sayusresale.com.au promptly with:

  • Proof of Purchase
  • Order Number
  • Visual reference (photos/videos etc) of the defect or damage, including packaging where applicable.

We assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or full refund, including postage where applicable.

RECEIVING INCORRECT OR ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS

If you receive an incorrect or additional item in your order, please contact support@sayusresale.com.au with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Details of the issue
  • Visual reference (photos/videos etc) of the products received.

We will work quickly to resolve any issues.

BOOKS AND MANGA RETURNS

Due to the nature of books and manga, we have specific guidelines for returns

We do not accept returns for any reasons except under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.
  • The product arrives damaged or in a different condition than stated in the product listing.

In such cases, returns must be requested within 48 hours of the date of arrival. Please contact us at support@sayusresale.com.au with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Details of the issue
  • Visual reference (photos/videos etc) where applicable

We will assist you promptly in resolving the issue.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS

Once processing begins, orders may not be cancelled or amended. Contact support@sayusresale.com.au immediately for assistance.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds for orders using Afterpay methods will incur a 6% fee.

Orders returned due to customer error will be refunded less:
