Shipping Policy

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days

Transit time: 2-8 Business Days

Order Cut-off time: 4:00 PM

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00AM - 06:00PM 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are subject to change based on the weight, size and type of products being purchased. For any further information please contact support@sayusresale.com.au

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping, if you wish to be notified of when we begin shipping internationally, please subscribe to our email mailing list below.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@sayusresale.com.au (or using the Contact Us page) with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address to ensure timely delivery of your order.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Delays:

  • Unfortunately there are some occasions in which, out of Sayus Collect's control, there will be delays or issues with the delivery of your order. If you believe there has been such a delay, please contact us using the Contact Us page or support@sayusresale.com.au
